5. CHANGING CLUB
As of May 20, 2025:
1) Players who have not deposited after Jan 1, 2023, and have not changed to a new club after May 20, 2025
- Players may join and change clubs anytime after registering an account if they have not deposited into their account or have not yet changed to a new club (after May 20, 2025.)
2) Players who have deposited after Jan 1, 2023 or have changed clubs (after May 20, 2025)
- Applicable to specific regions, Players who have been inactive for 60 consecutive days will be directed to a pop-up window via Club page and asked to ‘Stay or Leave club’.
- Players can stay in the original club by choosing 'Stay'. Players can leave the original club by choosing 'Leave'. Players can join any club within 14 days after leaving.
- When inactive for 180 consecutive days, players will receive an email notification. The player will not be immediately withdrawn from the club but instead will be directed to the KKPoker app to decide if they wish to stay in the club or leave.
3) Inactive Hosts Policy: If the Club Host fails to log in for 90 consecutive days, their Club members will be allowed to leave and join a new Club.
4) Club Rakeback Threshold: If a club fails to earn 20% or more of Club Rakeback for 90 consecutive days (at least two active players during any 90-day period), it will be automatically disbanded.
All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of KKPoker.
